I get a 6 hour cold at least once a week. (With footage)

This has been going on for approximately 3 years now and after several doctors appointments, nobody can decide what this is. There is a CCTV camera in my room and I recently took the video from it and turned it into a diagnostics video. Hopefully someone knows what this is. I'm a 17 year old trans-girl but medically male. I have Asperger's Syndrome (Autism) and depression. (Which doesn't help as this experience causes me suicidal thoughts). I don't smoke, I would rate my personal hygiene as excellent, and if anything I wash my hands too much. My diet isn't awesome as I'm a vegetarian and can't eat anything with a wet texture as it makes me sick. (Strange I know)
It starts out with a hell of a lot of sniffing, followed by constant rhinorrhea with no breaks. (I'm not kidding; it's as gross as it sounds) Usually this is joined by a massive headache and dizziness. Things are too loud, things are too bright, my eyes sometimes see strange colours but not every time. Then comes WAY too many sneezes. In this particular instance I think I clocked 16 within just a few minutes. (Violent sneezes). Then it takes a while to calm down and I'm left to clean the mess on my face left by this mystery.
My room is pretty full and has lots of dust so it's been speculated that this can be explained by dust allergies, but this has also happened several times away from home and even outside with no signs that it was gonna happen. But trying allergy tablets doesn't solve the issue. Nasal spray works sometimes, but I have to really be ahead of the game for it to work. Otherwise I just feel like I'm putting more fluid into my nose.
Here's the link to the unlisted video if it helps anyone tell what I'm dealing with: "This happens once a week for 6 hours." - YouTube
This usually happens mid-way through the week, and typically lasts 6 hours before disappearing without a trace. (Almost) Again, approximately 3 years this has been happening and I haven't been able to pick up on any patterns.
If you have a similar problem, please reach out as I'm desperate to know that I'm not alone.

I only watched a couple of mins.
You have a fan blowing dust and other pollutants directly into your face.
Your room has a LOT of stuff in it an it will all attract dust.
I can see that you use sprays ? Deodorant etc ? These are chemicals that you are then breathing in .
I am allergic to tissues !!! As soon as I use one my nose streams and i have the same symptoms as you
Try the following:
Keep your room dust free . Use a damp cloth that will pick up the dust. A dry cloth will just spread it around.
Use anti allergy soap to wash your bedding and clothes. As chemicals in normal wash soap can cause allergies too. The perfume added to most clothes soap is very harsh.
DO NOT use tissues. Buy some handkerchiefs . Cloth ones . Very old fashioned but they work . Or cut up some old Tee shirts into hanky size. Keep them clean. You wil need lots of them .
DO NOT use sprays of any sort. ie deodorant, hair spray, cleaning spray, perfume spray etc . The chemicals of these linger in the air and cause breathing problems, cough and allergic nose symptoms
Only clean your place with water mixed with little white vinegar and bicarbonate of soda. It is natural and wont cause allergies.
Also be careful of loo roll too. If you can see the dust that comes off it then you are breathing it in.
Good Luck
