I get a pain from the other side of my bum hole don’t know any other way to describe it sorry

Is it normal to get like a sharp pain at like a pain level of a 3ish maybe lower it’s more of a discunfort is this diet related or something more sinister it’s it only happens a handful of times a month maybe like 6 or something is it diet related or somethign sinister I have no blood in my poo or anything else like adominal pains my poo is normal as well
