Health anxiety does come along with anxiety very often, I feel your pain.  I know how bad it is for every little thing to blow up into something extreme, and to imagine you are symptomatic.  Dealing with the health anxiety aspects though I think are generally a waste of time, it's dealing with the root anxiety which is key. Be that with medication or therapy or both, but best not left untreated

I have had cbt and got on well, but now for some reason it seems to have come back this week with a vengeance, I was diagnosed a few years ag with intersistial cystitis and it's been ok, just had it mild, but I seem to have zoned in on the PBS (painful bladder syndrome) that goes with it, i go for a wee up to a dozen times a day or more then at night it slows down, it's always been like that, I had all the tests and they said it was IC, but when I'm on my own or have time to think it gets worse then I hane a panic attack, just had one now, my partner is patient but it must be as wearing for him as it is for me, it's subsided now slightly, I seem to be a lost cause.

pain associated with anxiety is very common so try either pain relief or an anxiety medication.
