I get depressed before an on the first few days of period

I feel depressed & low on the week before my period an first few days of my period i feel like i hate everyone.I am angry for no reason .I dont want to go to work i dont want anybody near me, or to speak to me i hate it & im starting to hate myself as i feel my family must be fed up with me. I am 43 i have suffered since i started my period s when i was 13 an they have just got worse over the years .
