I get sick 12 times in a year, what should i do

I am a 28 years old, male. my problem is that ever since my second grade, i have been getting sick almost every month of the year. It would last from 6-10 days almost periodically (ie, it is like a cycle, if the first month i get sick on the 6th, next month would be on the 2nd). My conditions include headache accompanied with fever (with or without common cold), sore throat with white lesion, lesion or white patches on the tongue, dizziness and even inflation of the gums. I would take medicines but this would upset my digestive track and i get bloating, cramps, and acid reflux. although i hardly ever suffer from coughl. The doctors i visited would ruleim it as low immune system or allergies.I have had several checkups and testing done but almost all comes back normal. this condition has affected my life  and i feel like its useless to even do anything about it.

I'm guessing that you are not UK based.  I'm not sure what your health system is over there, but it does sound as if you need to see a general physician to assess your health picture and profile and maybe run some tests.   Some people have a lower immune system than others and there is a Native American Indian remedy called echinacea that is used on a fortnight on / forthnight off cycle to boost immunity.  Look at diet pages (webmd) to get information about eating foods that contain immunity boosters.  Good luck

This is NOT normal. Have you had a specific immune panel done to see if any particular markers in your blood are weak? Have you seen a hematologist?

Sounds like it could be yeast infection. Do u take antibiotics for sore throat? Sometimes the gut bacteria become Unbalanced especially if anti biotics r taken. I have had similar issues. I eat lots of plain yogurts to keep get the gut bacteria in check because from yogurt it's live bacteria works quickly. Stay away from sugar. Yeast loves sugars.

Also  ck with UR dentist they are specialist of treating mouth irritations.

Next time UR tongue has white patches go in for a biopsy of the patch to see what strain it is . Then u will know for sure.

It's frustrating when docs can't figure out this for you. I hope u find a answer soon.
