Hello, sorry to hear your news. Not sure if you are UK based? Your doctor can prescribe Epaderm ointment. Also advise using Dermol 200 shower gel, don't use perfumed soaps and shower gels. You should request that your doctor refers you to a specialist who will suggest a range of products. You may need minor surgery, if so dont be afraid - I had surgery 2.5 years ago and it made a huge difference. good luck, Ashley Jo

Hi Caroline, do persevere - i battled with LS for 9 years before discovering a great consultant. Surgery can help. Also suggest you ask about dilators to keep everything 'working'.Best wishes, Ashley Jo

Hi Ashley, I read you had surgery. Did u have it to separate labial fusion? I am having that in 2 weeks to uncover my clitoris and I am very afraid. any info would be very much appreciated on recovery, pain, etc.
