I got infected by herpes (HSV2) 2 months ago, now I got some redness on pinece, what can i do?

I got infected by herpes (HSV2) 2 montha ago, i got dome medicine, but now got some redness on penis and I’m afraid be with partner.. my question is can i live normal life , can i have children, can i have sex life.. after infected herpes I can’t even think about life partner.. can i have normal life.? please help me
