i got shot on my right thigh 14 years ago and the bullet went out and burned my right testicle

i had to be operated and i lost one testicle and i was told that it would not affect my sex life but recently i have been having some pains when ejaculating and i come quickly and i can't even go more than 2 rounds. m very worried about this and m not sure whether its caused by that incident or what is happening? please advice
