I got these on me when I had a UTI and a yeast infection

starting off, I have had a boyfriend for a year now with no issues. After rough sex, I developed a tear on my right side of my vagina. I left it alone and didn't think anything of it. I also have been using unwashed sex toys (I am the only one using them and I know its gross I didnt wash them I just wasn't thinking). I knew my pee was going to hurt really badly after sex, so I didn't pee for about 5-6 hours (I KNOW.. not smart I did it to myself). About 5 days later I felt itchy like I was about to get a yeast infection (I get them a lot so I know how they feel) and I used boric acid to try to get rid of it. I woke up in horrible pain and burning when I pee along with swelling on my lymph node (by my groin) which made me think I was having an ovarian cyst. I went to the ER and the PA told me that I have a cut on my vagina from sex, a yeast infection, and a UTI. I was given the antibiotic for the yeast infection in the ER (150mg) and I am now on the 4th day of cephalexin for my UTI. For my cut, I purchased A+D baby rash cream to just use as an ointment. A day later, I felt tiny bumps on my skin and they felt like ingrown hairs. I did pick at them and I tried to pop them because I didn't think anything of it. A day later, I still feel the bumps and a swollen lymph node so I went to the urgent care nearby. I explained to the PA my situation and how the PA at the ER told me I had a horrible horrible yeast infection and a UTI at the same time. The urgent care PA told me I now have herpes. She made me pee in a cup and wait for my results. I have never EVER had something like this before in my life. I have had the same partner for a YEAR. I just don't believe I have herpes because I had so many other issues and I was prescribed a medication for it. Would it be possible I am having an allergic reaction to the cephalexin? This is the first time ever I have been using it. Also, my discharge is water and it does not smell at all. Help please!
