I got this weird white mark on penis I don't think its an STI/ HIV since the person I had sex with doesn't have anything and is clean. It does not itch nor hurt , I'm thinking its pigmentation or vitiligo please help!

A pigmentation change is the most likely what you have going on, and yes it could be termed vitiligo.
The only thing that would cause a reaction like this would be contact with a strong chemical and if there was no other skin reaction then it is more likely pigmentation changes you have.
Pigmentation change on the genitals is very common

Oooh ok makes sense thanks ! I have been taking Doxycycline before since I have acne I am not sure if that has to do with anything. And also I use a cleanser that has salicylic acid and bha/aha that I use when I shower and it could have possibly affected my shaft.

... what you need to know is that genital skin is more easily damaged than skin elsewhere on the body - this is particularly true of the foreskin and head of penis.
All I can see are Fordyce Spots: why are you using a cleanser ...... ?

so if you apply to your face in the shower it is possible you could have contaminated your penile skin - so do not apply in the shower from now on

how long have u had it? I had medical tape rubbing agianst the base of my shaft and it took the color out of my skin for 2 weeks... maybe something got rubbed on you and took the color away... peroxcide can do that, tho i doubt spilled some on your junk, if it doesnt go backmto normal soon id see a skin specialist, i dunno if vitiligo starts on your junk, if u dont have patchy skin anywhere else it probably isnt that

Hey , I have had it for about 2 months now. It does not hurt or anything and its the same texture as the rest of my shaft
