I had a hemorrhoidectomy 3 months ago, wondering if these lumps are just skin tags

Long story short, had a hemorrhoidectomy 3 months ago, the left lump (the biggest one) is most likely a skin tag that appeared the first week of recovery, I'm wondering if the other lumps are also skin tags or I have a reason to be worried, and also has anyone removed skin tags and the procedure worked? I just want a normal looking ass...

    Hello, i am just over 4 weeks post haemorrhoidectomy, and i too have developed a large lump down there, and a smaller lump, its a worry, but not sure what they are, but ill be seeing my surgeon in the next 4 weeks so i hope he can explain them. they dont hurt, just abit uncomfortable, but in the way. Neil
