I had a Hip Replacement 12 years ago. I'm 80 yrs old now and am having problems.

After a fall about a month ago, I am now having pain on the outside of my upper left leg, it's roughly about 4 inches below my hip and also in my buttocks. It doesn't seems to bother me while I'm resting, but as soon as I get up and bear weight on that leg it is painful. So I am now back to using a stick to get around.
