I had a mole removed on my jaw line and I am concerned how the scar is healing

I had a mole removed on my jaw line and the scar is quiet uneven and bumpy, the mole was exsised and sent for biopsy, I am still waiting on the report/results of this. It has a concaved middle section and dog-ears at both ends, with the one nearer my ear being bigger and particularly concerning. The operation was 3 weeks ago. Will the dog ears flatten and the central section fill in? The surgeon only used dissolvable stitches, could these be causing some of the unevenness if they are still under the surface and yet to dissolve? Does this look like a neat/normal scar?
