I had anterior hip replacement and I have a terrible groin pain and stubbing sensation in my pubic

I had anterior left hip replacement 4 months ago and I am getting bad everyday as my groin pain and stubbing sensation in my pubic area don't allow me to walk or do any thing.

The pain is awful; I had x-ray and ultrasound, but don't show anything.

I thought it could be iliopsoas tendinitis and the surgeon gave me an steroid injection, but did not work.

The surgeon took my problem of his shoulder by sending me to see another doctor a month ago, nothing has been done and here I am with pain and not able to walk

I am really desperate and frustrated

Please, any advice?

have an aspiration & blood work done to see if you have an infection!! i had the exact same symptoms & it took me almost a year to find a surgeon who cared & would listen to me & not defend the original surgeon & i have two infections! I've had 3 surgeries two stage process & the infections are back & have spread to my pelvis now, I'm being told if we can't get rid of them this time then I will lose my leg! i wish you lots of luck in your search for an answer!

I had aspiration and blood work done and was fine.

    No infection.

that's a huge relief, I would never wish the excruciating pain & agony of an infection in a thr to my worst enemy. It's hell on earth honestly & to know I'm not done with this horror yet is so depressing. I'm dealing with severe depression & excruciating pain 24/7, there is no type of relief!

I will pray for you and me.

Hopefully, you will keep your leg.

I don't know what to do,

      Next step a ct scan.

I am not giving up , but the pain does not let me do anything.
