Hi to all'
My asthma set of last weekend with this changing weather 'coughing phlemg up and and coughing @t night have to be propped up to sleep.
Had my inhalers blue and brown seem to feel OK now just hope it doesn't come back anytime soon.

mine has also been the worst ever. you wouldnt believe the amount of gunge. luckily mine is better today and i had a cough free night. try and watch a couple of you tube videos to find out how to clear your lungs to get rid of the phlegm before you go to bed. i think that helps. take care
