I had chicken pox 3 months ago and still feel exhausted

Surprisingly I was diagnosed with chicken pox about 3 months ago. I had them as a child and I am now 51 years old.

The problem I am having is that I have been exhausted ever since. I don't have an appetite and have to force myself to eat and not complaining, but have lost weight (but not healthy way to do it).

Has anyone else had this happen and if so how long did it take to feel normal again?
