i had chronic all over pain for 14 years non stop, is it cpt2 ? how can i find out

hello my name is Priti , i live near London, i have suffered for 14 yrs in chronic non stop pain, i cant do much really and cry every day, its hell, doctor told me 14 years ago i had fibromialgia but it really sounds identical to cpt2, especially as i did also have calcific tendonitis for years as well, i am certainly a mess and it has totally taken my life as i once knew it, i have 3 kids and one is disabled, i am alone and afraid and wish there was one doctor who would help but they just dont want to know, its all take this nasty drug etc i hate it i feel isolated, i am not who i used to be, how can i get tested and has anyone with cpt2 got fibromialgia they certainly do seem identical , except i dont have dark urine, shall i just start taking cartanine supplements ?
