I had CT scan results by phone and can't wait for doc appointment

The CT scan results showed shadows on colon, enlarged lymph nodes in groin, a hernia and spasms somewhere (I couldn't hear exactly what the doctor said) I'd really appreciate it if someone has any ideas of what these findings could mean. I do have an appointment with my doctor at the end of the week but I'm anxious to get some information before then. The reason for the scan was an extremely swollen leg exactly 1 month ago which every doctor I saw was sure it was a DVT/blood clot but it wasn't. The same leg has swollen again exactly 30 days later... It was very painful last time and it's equally painful this time! Any clues or thoughts please? Thanks very much

I'm in hospital now with suspected cysts and fibroids and my god does it hurt! All they will give me pain wise is ora morph does not touch my pain and codeine and its agony!

I've about to be scanned now.

No problem Katz, I hope everything gets better for you. Oramorph is not effective for me but dyhidrocodeine works brilliantly! It's much stronger than codeine with no sickness or feeling groggy, just blissful pain relief so I'd ask your doctors to see if they will see if it works for you. Good luck with everything Katz, please try to stay positive and keep your chin up! All the best. R x
