    Hiya Stephanie,

Just reading your comment about your gain in weight and bloating.  Although 2 weeks post surgery I am trying to follow a low fat diet.  Will start walking around block soon (by end of week).  Just interested if you have tried to follow a low fat diet (i.e. like Rosemary Conley ?) if you are exercising as well - surely that would help your weight gain (am so envious of you being able to exercise - not poss at all for me at the moment).

    Take care.

i use apple cider vinegar. its a great releif and i dont use the omperazole at all. or very rarely. its good for digestive problems and also loosing weight and a host of other problems. you can google it and find out how good it is. you must get the proper apple cider vinegar.it has to have the "mother" in it. what ever that is. but its helped me in many ways. there are lots of vidieos on utube explaining everything about it. and some people even use it to get rid of gallstones with castor oil.i wouldnt go that as i feel my gall bladder is finished and even if i got rid of the gall stones. then more will develop or my gall bladder it too diseased to save. good luck all the best for loosing weight too.. ❤️💐

I am sorry you are still having so many symptoms. If it keeps on, I would consult another Dr., to mke sure your symptoms are within normal range.  I lost 10 pds during surgery time. And gained about 5 back in last 3 weeks post surgery. Foods have been mostly fine, I do take metamucil 2x a day. morning and before bed. To make sure  my digestive stays happy.   I take 4 omega 3's a day.  And supplement of ox bile 2x a day. And jigsaw magnesium. 2 to 3 x a day.  Best Wishes for better health.
