I had my very Bartholin cyst and im freaking out

hello lovelies , im 21 yr and its been a week since i had my first bartholin cyst idk for mysterious reasons , may be because of shaving. Anyway , i had a really small pimple on the side of my vaginal opening but with time and trying to heal it, it disappeared. However the pain and the swilling is still here , like it hurts and everything but the pimple is nowhere to be found .

This morning i was in the mood to masturbate but it caused me a huge huge huge deal of pain , like it did hurt alot . am i not healing ? is it still there ? how long does it take for me to masturbate again . Mind you , i have like a pipe next to where it used to be ( the pimple ) and it is really swollen it goes all the way to my anus i guess .
