I had PCOD issue and my doctor asked me to reduce minimum 10 kilos weight as I was overweight

I had PCOD issue and was not conceiving, I am married for last 2 years  and my doctor asked me to reduce minimum 10 kilos weight as I was overweight. I have reduced 12 kilos of weight Now and today when I took up home pregnancy test , I got this , can somebdy plz confirm if itz positive or jus a faint line?
