I had PRADS 4 on lesions on an MRI

I have chronic prostatitus. I know that it can look like cancer in an mri, but is it the same thing with the PRADS score? I had 4 lesions and a 4 on (I assume) all of them. Can prostatitus create lesions that score that high or can only cancer do that?
