I had sex three days ago, v is swollen and this showed up is this herpes?

um i did scratch on the second day since this felt like a yeast infection so i scratched but i usually try not to, my discharge seems normal and it only stings when i pee but other than that i have no other feeling, my V is still very swollen but honestly i think it was mostly cause i had rough sex and at some point i was very dry but still kept going pls help, i made an appointment with my doctor already for tomorrow but im scared

    Any updates?

    Looks like herpes or mouth ulcer just in your genital area. Is that water in the pic, did you wash it?

    So what did your doctor say...?
