I had stomach flu I now have constant bad pain where my gallbladder used to be.

Hi,

I caught stomach flu from my son had usual vomiting and diarrhoea which lasted a couple days. I've had no vomiting or diarrhoea for 24 hours now I'm regaining appetite, eating bland foods however a new pain has started which is mimicking the pain and area I used to have when I had a gallbladder attack coming. It is constant and cannot lie down in anyway to ease the pain.

My gallbladder was removed 2 years ago.

Please advise I have all sorts running through my head what it could be.
