I started having these bumps when I was like 17 or 18. I had my first bf at 22 and I was kind of insecure about them that it affects me for being intimate with him. We broke up a month ago not because of this. I had Syphilis and HIV tests earlier and both of the results are negative. Going back to the pic, are those bumps fordyce spots or should I be worried about these spots?Thank you for those who will answer.

Fordyce spots (Fordyce granules) are enlarged, slightly raised sebaceous (oil) glands that appear in hairless areas of your skin. They commonly appear around the edges of your lips (vermillion border) and inside of your cheeks. They sometimes appear around your genital area. Fordyce spots are benign (not cancerous).

American dermatologist Dr. John Addison Fordyce first described Fordyce spots in 1896.
