I had unprotected sex a week ago and im getting very stressed and paranoid that i got an STD. I got a fever maybe 3 days after the event which lasted a day and have been feeling fatigued for the past couple days. i dont have any other symptoms like ulcers, sores, pain, or itching. i also have diarrhea and my stomach makes noises. im planning on taking a test in a week or 2 then follow up woth another in a few months. but i cant keep stressing like this

    No clear signs of STD, it could be something you personally did or did not do. You may need to speak to your GP. STDs usually arrive with signs, visible signs.
