    Hello.

It sounds to ensure like this is not a stroke of any kind.

But in order to narrow things down can you tell me your country of residence, whether you smoke, drink alcohol and if you're overweight?

During day to day activities we can sometimes get bouts of low blood pressure and if our brain doesn't get the blood and oxygen it needs, the brain will try to make us lay down. This usually involves passing out or "fainting"

The brain stops sending signals to our limbs causing a fall. The actual of hitting the deck allows blood to reach the brain more easily thus correcting the problem.

In your case you explain that you can feel a pulse like throb in your head? This to me implies a blood pressure disturbance.

Low blood pressure (hypertension) can be caused by a vast number of things, the only way to find out is to visit a doctor to get a few tests.

I am very confident that you did not experience any form of TIA or stroke. Clots in a 15 year old are extremely rare.

Can I ask exactly what it was you were doing when you had the first incident?

Any extra information will be helpful.

      Hi

I had the first incident when I was in washroom. And I don't take alcohol no overweight nothing..

Yesterday night I thought about it lot a lot that it was so stressful and I started shivering and my hands and legs were trembling after every 5 seconds with shivering..then after I relaxed and stopped thinking about it..it automatically went away..I think it was because of stress.

And one more thing...I always hear this cracking sound in my head and left hand became numb

Experiencing numbness in the hands usually involves the main nerve tracks of the arms, most common is at the base of the neck where the ulnar and radial nerve exit into the arms. Compression syndromes like carpal tunnel, dislodged disks causing Palsy and some forms of neuropathy cause numbness. The cracking you experience could well be some form of injury. I personally recommend you see a doctor soon. Especially regarding the numbness.

You are correct about the stress. The more over thinking about an issue the more it will effect us. Do try to stay relaxed. Hypertension, arrhythmia, Palsy and nerve disorders can be fixed/managed.

Fear not. But do visit a doctor so you can explain your issue.

Hello I have no idea if it is anxiety that is causing your symptoms, but one thing I know for sure is that you have not mentioned your doctor or parents. You must talk to someone with medical knowledge. Just think you visit your doctor and explain your symptoms and you are immediately told what to do or given medication the facts will be explained to you. I had a stroke a few years ago and it effected me and my body and things begin to occur that I didn't know what was happening so I contacted the right medical consultants who could give me answers or exchange thoughts and ideas to make me well again. So please stop worrying and go to your doctor or talk to someone you trust and can Adivise you. Very good luck to you I do hope you find help very soon kind regards Therapy Girl

If you haven't by now, I highly suggest you see a neurologist.  I had these same sorts of sensations on and off, not that frequent for over 10 years, and ignored it.  I had no idea I had an aneurysm and given I developed high blood pressure, the aneurysm burst a year ago and I almost died.  Symptoms like yours should not be ignored, I would rather you not be "freaked out" and see a specialist to rule out anything serious - you will be much happier and less stressed if you do smile  Best to you, hope you lead a long and happy and healthy life smile  You are way too young to be stressed with such concerns - please see a doctor - just for peace of mind and knowing that technology has come a very long way and they can fix just about anything these days smile
