WHATS UP every body!!!!!!

Well i hate anxiety sooooooo F.CKIN much man

It plays tricks with your mind and makes you feel your going crazy sometimes i think iam losing my mind i hate feeling weird every time i wake up in the morning and i hate feeling scared and worried 24/7. People say anxiety can't hurt you but why do i feel sooooo much pain it F.CKIN SUCKS.like this morning i felt like i had to make myself breath come on are you serious😡the other day i felt like my brain hated me lol😞😞😞😞 anxiety is a battle and how can you win when anxiety has way to many symptoms. Im just venting sorry...

    I know the feeling. Anxiety really takes the life out of you. You're always feeling like you have to be careful about where you go, how you do things, etc. It's a constant battle. sad

      Thanks yes it is and sometimes i feel like im losing especially when i think im getting OCD from anxiety because now i have obsessions about blinking breathing and other things these are normal things but for some reason these normal things freak me out

      I'm a bit OCD. I check my phone several times for notifications. I'll keep constantly refreshing pages online, cause I keep feeling like if I refresh the page, something new will pop up. I also pick at my nails, A LOT. And I get Harm OCD thoughts, which scare me...

    Have you had any therapy yet?

    Im not big on the idea but from everything Ive read drugs alone wont solve anxiety.I am on AD's because I have severe depression and its only the drugs that keep me sane but I dont think drugs will help anxiiety.

    I think you have to learn to train your brain to deal with it..

    Anxiety sucks mate Ive battled depression for 16 years and managed to hold down a job most of the time Ive had to resign from work because I am unable to function with anxiety.

    I feel your pain but we also have to try and help ourselves

    Yes it's been quite bad for me today. I feel clumsy today like bumping into things and dropping stuff, this of course makes me think I have some sort of brain disease. Talking to a friend before and he basically states that his friend died because of a blood vessel rupturing which can kill anyone dead suddenly and it can be due to stress. Are you kidding me? I'm sure we can handle anything that comes our way. We basically have suffered every symptom under the sink and are still here. Anxiety is ultimately a psychological battle which induces physical symptoms which in turn increase your fear and anxiety. My advice to you is to learntl let go and accept what's going on

    Don't become attached to the feeling or symptom. That makes everything ten times worse. You'll still have esymptoms, but they won't affect you like they once did. Some days will be better than others but this is a little trick that reduces it twn fold. Take care friend. And one day when we will die, I'll see you on the other side.
