to do a paired kidney exchange, he would donate his kidney to someone that matches his blood type, and in return that person would see if they had a family member or friend who could donate a kidney to me, I am A Negative Blood. This one keep two people alive. If you can help Please let me know, we live in Shelby NC. Thank You, waiting for your reply.
