I have 2 bumps on my penis. Any ideas of what they are?

Here are 2 bumps i have on the shaft of my penis. They're both solid. Squeezing one of them feels like there's a tiny ball under my skin. They aren't painful at all. The bump on the left, I'm near certain its from picking at a pimple way too much. That bump appeared after I popped the pimple and left it alone. The one at the front, i don't recall how long I've had it. Must of been there for over 2 years. Any ideas of what these bumps exactly are and how to remove them? I believe i had the bump on the front before i ever had sex so i don't think its related to any STDs. I am 20 years old so i wouldn't think this has anything to do with age lol.     Hi its like a cyst so you should see you GP for treatment
