When i went to go to the bathroom i urinated and I felt pain. Then i decided to open the peehole just a little to see if something was there or happened and there i saw 2 cuts on both side near the opening. I get really paranoid so im just thinking whats gonna happen or what do i do. i just really need some help right now 😦

Are you sexually active? if so you need to get checked out either by your doctor or a STD clinic. Sometimes what looks like cuts are actually an infection.
Do you masturbate? cuts can be caused by too vigorous masturbation.
Too tight underwear and wearing lycra or non cotton underwear can be part of the cause
Wash the area well, making sure you pull back and wash under the foreskin as well, no masturbation,or sex, and drink loads of water. Make sure you wear only 100% cotton pants,and no pants at night. If there is no improvement after a week then please seek professional help.
