I have a constant fear of getting cancer, what should i do

Iam new to these kinds of forums and disscussions so excuse me if iam doing it in a wrong way.

I constantly have the fear of getting any kind of cancer. If anything starts to hurt me , I immediately panic and strat searching for the symptoms and causes online. The problem is that when I read something,  I automatically start feeling and noticing things that are mentioned even if I never had/noticed these things before.

I really dont want to live with these negative thoughts throughout my entire life. I really want to go back to being happy all the time without having any concerns. So what should I do? How can I get rid of these thoughts? And Is it normal?

It's definitely normal to experience this I to experience the fear of having cancer or some incurable disease. It's best to go see a doctor and stop looking on the Internet, anxiety can work in many ways and one of the ways anxiety is good at is making you think and feel that you have this said disease when in fact nothing's wrong and your fine, the best thing to do is go see a doctor just to clear your head and never search online sometimes they'll tell you false information and even if it was for real the anxiety will feed off that fear and just make matters worse
