I have a cut above anus, is it a anal fissure?

I have a cut above my anus, im not sure if its serious or not. Can somebody tell what I have from the photo?

Please recommend creams that i should use or anything that will help heal the cut.

I'm scared to go doctor, please help me out.[](https:image

    hi i can reccomend a cream i got from the hospital for anal fissure its called >> DILTIAZEM HYDROCHLORIDE

    ive just recently started using it myself ... im on day 3 using it... no changes as yet have you had anything from gp yet??
