I have a feeling that my right lung is not working

Hello, I am Elias 22 years old i started having what i thought was heart palpitations almost 2 months ago but after taking closer look to it i believe it must be my left lung i think there is something wrong with my right lung and it causes left one to work in faster regime. Whenever i look down to my stomach i can see the area beating, i've also checked it while working out by pressing my finger under middle of my chest(i don't know this might be a stupid way to check lung functioning but stil) on the left side it's beating harder but on the right side i can barely feel it. I am thinking the main cause of this might be me spending lots of time indoors because of the pandemic and rarely going out.
I have been to a doctor and when she listened to my lungs she said they are in good condition and sent me to get my heart scanned(everything was in perfect condition) also i got checked for scolosios i didn't have it.
The main thing that bothered me was hearing a beating either heart or a lung ,while laying on a bed or trying to sleep.
I don't have any problems with breathing but sometimes when i take deep breath with my mouth i have a feeling it gets stuck my doctor said this was psychological but i don't even know at this point
I got my appointment for next week i am going to get my lungs checked. I also started spending more time outsides this last week.
Any advices what it might be or what should i do ? everything is welcome.

Hello Elias
You are obviously worried so getting your concerns medically checked out is the right thing to do.
My advice would be to ensure the doctor listens to your concerns and after you have been examined ask outright what they think the problem is.
If they say there is no problem, ask them why you have been having these symptoms as they have been concerning for you enough to seek medical attention.
The heart and the lung are of course connected in as much the heart muscle needs to draw in enough air to ensure the lung organ works correctly.
It may be you need further tests. Heart palpitations especially are notoriously difficult to pin down and as many on this board will tell you, they often completely disappear when in the waiting room only to reappear after you leave the surgery!
So ensure the examination is thorough and if they hook you up to an ecg monitor in the surgery be aware that it is only a 30 second snapshot of your heart function and may not catch anything.
So ensure they are aware your symptoms are real, try to get to the bottom of them and if the doctor thinks it might be heart related they might suggest you wear a monitor for 24 hours. If lung related there will be other tests needed.
It would help if you kept a diary for the next few days recording when you get these symptoms, how long they last, the time of day and the circumstances eg. resting, after exercise, after eating etc.
Do check back in next week and tell us all what the Doctor said
