I have a frozen shoulder....can anyone give me some advice ?

My right shoulder is giving me such pain....not getting sleep.....had to stop work. Such a lonely time as I just look the same and people don't seem to understand the pain. Everyday life has changed....doing hair, getting dressed, driving etc. Seems to be very common in Ladies around the 50s. When I was young I suffered two broken arms....well this is worst coz it just keeps going on and on. Some days are better than others...we have winter here now and I'm sure the cold has made it worst. Anyone out there can help in any way will be very grateful. Would not want this to happen to anyone! I had a steriod shot a week ago.....helped for a while. Kind Regards Kath ;-(

I have similar issues. Have PSA in my shoulder and limited motion. It's a pain. I went to therapy and the help me with movements and aids used for various things we do in our daily lives. Ask UR doc for PT.

Hello Hope.....sorry you are suffering too with this condition. Going to the Doc today...what does PT stand for?

Heat packs are good. But some days are worst than others!

Hi Kath, ive just had today the Hydrodilatation injection this afternoon, at the moment my arm is full of pins and needles and i feel no great deal of discomfort, the whole procedure last about 30 mins 10 mins whule they inj the fluid, which i can tell you is not nice but after what i have been thro with my shoulder it was nothing and the consultant was so kind and took his time injecting the fluid waited till i was ready, it does cause a lot of discomfort but when you think you cant cope its over with, and its totally worth having it done, try mentioning it to your doctor hope you get sorted
