I have a greyish pimple that has three black dots, what should I do?

    Is it flat and slightly rough or is it smooth?

    Do you have oily skin? Skin that is prone to pimples?

    How long have you had this?

    It may be a cyst that has become blocked or it may be a wart. Have you tried gently squeezing it?
