Is it true that if you put your hrt patch on a fat bum or belly that u only get 10 per cent hormones going through? Or is this rubbish?

I am not allowed hrt. But my understanding is that it goes to your blood stream through your skin. So I wouldn't think it matters where it is on.your skin or how fat the area is. It is still on your skin and going through your blood stream. But i might good be erong. Who knows. Good luck.

Yup. Total rubbish! Try sticking it on your arm if you’re that concerned! It gets into your blood stream so fat doesn’t play a roll in it. 🙂

iv got a fat butt im ok with my patch the only prob i have is it falling off.
