I have a list of random problems; please help.

I am a young adult that has been experiencing random health symptoms. I’m quite worried, especially since you can’t get very reliable answers online. Here are a list with details accompanying them:
Migraines- these appear randomly and are focused around the front of my head and top. Severe pain behind my eyes happens with this as well. It continues even if I shut off all electrical devices and relax in the dark. Sometimes it last for even and hour or so.
Weak limbs- my limbs seem to suddenly feel very week/numb.
Trouble breathing- I have been having trouble breathing when running up the stairs or other activities. Sometimes even when I haven’t, it’s hard to take breaths. This is usually paired with pains in my upper back. This especially confuses me since I exercise fairly regularly.
Dizziness- when I stand up, am just walking, or even relaxing, I’m left dazed with dizziness. It’s also usually accompanied with trouble hearing and seeing, though it only last for half a minute.
Lack of appetite- I could not have eaten for hours and feel hungry, but can’t bring myself to eat. Like as soon as I smell or try eating the food, I feel sick. If I end up eating food, afterwards I feel slightly nauseous.
Unless mentioned in their descriptions, they don’t happen at the same time. By this I mean the migraines and trouble breathing don’t happen right after each other. I really hope that I can get feedback, as google searches have left me nothing but scared. I would really value the help. Thank you and goodbye!

I think once you start worrying you tend to notice things which you worry about more and the mind is an incredibly powerful thing a I’m it can manifest real physical symtoms
again though a large dose of antibiotics most likely did cure my headaches first smaller dose didn’t

Are you at work or college? Are you in a stressful job or having a stressful time with college work? Are you being bullied or harassed in any way?
A visit to a doctor would help to reassure you on many of these things. It sounds as though you are worrying about minor things and these are building up into something you think is serious, therefore your mind is enforcing that and you are in a spiral you find difficult to resolve..
