I have a mysterious bump on my labia minora.

Alright, so a couple years ago, I lost my virginity. There was quite a bit of bleeding. For like a month, I was always hungry, thirsty and tired. I had a few other symptoms that disappeared, but only one really stuck around. Occasionally, off and on, since then... I have had an inch in the same spot on my labia minora. A few weeks ago though, a day or so after masturbating, I scratched it (I have some pretty long fingernails). Then I noticed a little pain and the itch was worse, when I finally got around to checking it out. It was red and looked like I had caused a lesion when I scratched it. Now the next day, it wasn't red anymore and looked like whatever happened was healing, so I didn't worry too much about it. Instead, I left it alone, didn't masturbate, and didn't touch it at all. After about a week, it looked like it might have been gone. If anything remained it was just a smaller bump. Earlier this week, however, I began to masturbate again until today. Yesterday, when I went to masturbate, I noticed a slight tinge of pain and masturbated anyway. Then I checked it out after cleaning up down there. The bump had a white spot to the side of it as seen in the photo below. Then after doing a deep dive on the internet of all the possible things that it could be, I decided to keep checking on it and see if it changes. I checked it again today, but now it doesn't even look like it is there! It's just a smaller barely noticeable bump like before. I know I should get it checked in person, but I just wanted to post on here for advice on what it could be and what I might be able to do. I am currently out of healthcare until July, so I don't really know what I can do. Whatever it is, I am sure it has been there for longer than this month. After all, I have had an itch in that same spot off and on for the past couple years.

I am fairly certain its a blocked Bartholins cyst. They supply the lubrication for a healthy vagina, but often they get blocked and infected ,form a lump and then after a while discharge like a boil. They are very common. If you get many of these then go see your doctor but they often just clear up after they have discharged.

      Even though it's higher up?

Aren't Bartholins cysts located lower on the vulva? Around 5 and 7'oclock?

No,sorry, not Bartholins cyst....you are right, they occur lower down. But definitely a vaginal cyst. One of the tiny glands in the labia minora blocked and infected. Hot sitz baths can help.
