Whenever i put like pressure on it it feels painful. Im not sure if it's and ingrown hair because i see hair around it and on top of it. I guess you could say it have a soft cone shape. It's more firm than squishy.

Most lumps in that area are either ingrown hairs, especially if you shave the area quite often or blocked cysts. It sounds like a blocked cyst that may be infected hence the pain. Just keep it clean and it will either come to a head and disperse or it will be absorbed. If it should become very big and painful you may need to see your doctor, but most of these lumps just resolve themselves.
