I have a pale itchy spot on my foreskin is it serious?

i have a pale itchy spot on my foreskin not sure if i should be concerned or something normal its not an open sore or blister just looks like a mosquito bite but looks a bit pale i do have penile vitiligo but i dont think its vitiligo i am sexually active ive had a full panel std test done negative on everything not sure if it could be an std or fordyce spot or ingrown hair not sure should i be concerned or am i overreacting? it does go away in a few days no pain just itch im in my mid 20s and overweight if that matters should i take another std test since i know it could be a false negative if done too early i wait about a month to get tested or should i tell my dermatologist which is a female so it might be awkward for me thanks for the help and for the pics i have the foreskin skin pulled and not pulled to see the difference i have no discharge no foul smell i got good hygene to me its a something like a scab
