It sounds like it could be a migraine. It might be worth a visit to your Doctor to see what is going on. Since you think your headaches are due to staying up late, you should probably start going to be earlier to see if that helps. Also, alcohol can cause headaches and migraines so it may be best to stop drinking (if you do).

Cutting out caffeine is probably a good idea too.

Are you getting a healthy, balanced diet, and do you drink plenty of water? If not both of those things can cause headaches, migraines and other issues too.

Also, getting plenty of exercise releases endorphins (or the feel-good hormones) which can also help massively.

I know, i should go to the doctor, but im just terrified, concerning alcohol i do not drink i never did. Coffee i actually use it to ease the pain instead of using asprin or doliprane

Go talk to your PCP. Tell them what you're worried about and I would also get an appt set up to get your eyes check. Not sure what the pressure could be bUT the eye pain could be maybe that you need glasses if you don't already have them. Go get it check out hun smile the sooner the better!

It is really hard to deal with chronic headache....I would suggest purely as a precaution having a CT scan to check all is well.
