I have a rare lingual horn on my tongue, should I be worried?

Hello, i noticed a white growth on my tongue a couple of months ago and after some research- though there is little similar to my case- i found it may be a lingual horn- which is quite rare

I would like to know if this is something i should be worried about or is it harmless?

It causes me no problems as all and doesn't hurt/bother me, i think it looks quite cool haha!

But with such little information on it, i am worried.
