I have a rash on inner thigh. HPV?

I have these itchy red raised dry bump on my inner thigh. They usually flare up on the same spot, and are very itchy at night. I think they directly spread to the other thigh when in close contact, say closing my legs. However they are mostly concentrated on one thigh. I get around 2-3 spots. I use Lotrim antifungal cream to soothe them, but they still persist. Its been months now. Could this he an STD? HPV?

    The cream you use contains clotrimazole which is an antifungal perhaps if you added a hydrocortisone cream, that might help. You can buy a generic hydrocortisone cream & use it together with the antifungal, or buy something like CanestenHC which is a branded cream including both.

    Your cheapest option would be to buy some hydrocortisone cream. If this doesn't help, see your GP he will prescribe something for you, possibly the same but stronger.
