I have a small purple/reddish bump/mark under head of my penis help

ive had this for a while now i thought it was just a blood vessel from masturbating as sometimes its barely visible then sometimes is reddish and stands out more. please help me i am very worried as google makes everything seem so much worse. and i say its a bump its not really theres a tiny bump under the head of the penis but the rest kind of looks like a vein standing out. image
