It looks like a cherry angioma. Totally harmless and dont try to remove it yourself as it can bleed profusely. If you are bothered by it then see your doctor or dermatologist for proper safe removal.
An isolated cherry angioma like yours is no cause for concern at all but if you find more appearing on your body or if this one starts to itch or bleed then see your doctor.
