I have a spot on my foreskin that looks like it has little cracks, sometimes it hurts or itches.

As you can see there are little cracks on the foreskin. This started a more than a year ago and it's only getting worse. I masturbate on average I think half an hour a day, sometimes more some days not even once. I tried to stop for 10 days and I did make it through, but still my skin hasn't repaired itself yet.

What can I do to fix this? (Ask if more information is needed)
