I have a strange ulcer in the foreskin, right under the head of the penis

I've had sex with a girl I'm seeing, and a week later I started feeling some sharp pain in my penis. The next week, after sex, I realize the spot turned red. later on in the day, it turned into one ulcer. The ulcer size is around 5mm. No blisters, no vessels, no clusters, no fever, no ache.

I've done some research, and I just want hope that my condition can either be Syphilis, Chancroid or Herpes. I understand that some specialist will just turn to Herpes, but how about viral infections?

I'm really worried right now, getting some kind of trauma feeling, and I wanted to hear from you if the possibility of my condition is to be herpes or not.

I went home yesterday, and I gathered up some images and facts from Google. Took some high-quality photos of my condition. I do not see a cluster of vessels or groupings of ulcers. I only see 1 ulcer on the side of 5-10mm.

Please, can you take a look at the photos and let me know the % of it is herpes vs Syphilis or Chancroid?

P.S. I got my swab test sent in Today.

    There are no other spots anywhere, the only visible Ulcer lives under the skin. Today, day 3 of the Ulcer, it seems like it is closing up. 

    (nope) Fever & flu-like symptoms

    (nope) Nausea or feeling sick

    (nope) Muscle aches

    (nope) Painful urination

    (nope) Tingling itching sensation in the area where blisters will appear

    1/10 burning pain, but does not bother me at all (just feels like something is there)

    I just went to the sexual health clinic, she examined my Penis, and the specialist says that this does not look like herpes. 

    The specialist says she's certain that my penis went through some harsh fiction with the vagina, and made the skin weak, then it ripped. She says that this looks like it is healing. She says that if I got herpes, the circle would not look as perfect, and you can 100% blisters popping here and there.

    I got a blood test and ANOTHER swap test done (the first one costed me 150 pounds, second free); results come in next week Wednesday.

      You did the right thing for getting checked. I have gotten check for similar symptoms and the doctors told me the same thing that it did not look like herpes. So I am waiting until the third month to get tested to be extremely sure.

      Mine wasn't an ulcer. It was more of a blister on the urethra and go away and come back. Everytime I got checked it looked back normal.

      i have something similar and am worried it may be herpes. i have not had sex for about 2-3 weeks.

      Hey cau97, I actually don’t see much. Maybe you should go checkout the sexual clinic. It’s free. I made a rookie mistake by freaking out, and paying 150£ for a swab test.

      This place I went to didn’t even specialize in sex.

      my labia is pretty swollen and itchy. i went to my doctor this morning who said "it could be herpes" but did a blood test. There is nothing else present only a swollen labia with a possible blister and itchiness

    UPDATE: PHOTOS -> Day 4 of my condition. 

    WAITING: 2 more days (Saturday until I get my swab results)

    WAITING: 6 more days (until I get my blood test results)
