I know I have a yeast infection so I scheduled an appointment for this coming Wednesday for treatment. However, last night i noticed a lesion/open sore on my inner labia. Hurts when I urinate but other than that it is painless if left untouched. I am incredibly worried it is herpes. HELP!

it kinda looks like a tare...have you been scratching it? if so it could be from your finger nails.

That is what I had initially thought, that maybe I had scratched in my sleep but I did just enough google image searches to convince myself it is something more serious

looks like an ulcer .. which could possibly be a syphillis outreak or herpes outbreak
