I have a very complicated prostate/genital pain issue that maybe someone can help with.

So on may 20th i unfortunately had an affair with my female coworker who happens to be lesbian/bi and married. My wife the next week was complaining of vaginal odor, which upon her test swab the following week was bacterial vaginosis but negative for chlamydia and other stds. So that got Me concerned bc with a guilty conscience I figured maybe I gave her that. So fast forward to June 21st I self dosed myself with doxycycline for 10 days bc I was having a feeling of my tip of penis was rubbing against a zipper type feel and so i thought ok maybe I caught something, so 2 days later I went to my Dr and got tested for stds which was urine RNA for chlamydia and gonorrhea which came back negative. A week later is when I started having testicular pain and it's been like that ever since. My urologist on July 11th told me that if I was chlamydia positive that it would've shown up on a RNA test regardless, so idk if that's true or not or if the doxycycline masked the result. What are your thoughts on this? So he did a prostate rectal exam and found my prostate to be boggy on the left and right lobes. He didn't mention much about my testicle pain. He gave me a rochepin shot just to clear any other infection if there was any, and put me on 2 weeks of cipro and flomax I handled that well but still dying of this testicular pain even when I'm sleeping it's painful and the pain radiates to my lower abdomen and sides. It's torture and I'm looking for anyone who has experienced something like this and can maybe help me. My questions to yall are can this still be caused by an std such as chlamydia even though my test showed negative but I was 2 days on doxycycline before I took my test? I'm just paranoid that maybe my coworker had something and lied and maybe I passed something to my wife and were just reinfecting each other even after I finish my antibiotics. I can't tell her to get checked bc she will leave my ass or really question me about that. Or could a boggy prostate cause issues such as testicular pain. I haven't had any discharge , just lower abdominal pain, bladder feeling like I have to pee alot but when I do it isn't much. I am 42 years old, any help would be much appreciated.
